Bio

I am Mosad Mahmoud Diab, a nursing professional with 4+ years of experience bridging clinical practice and healthcare administration. Clinically, I built my foundation in Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care (PICU & NICU), delivering evidence-based care to critically ill children while leading infection-control improvements and mentoring junior nurses. On the administrative side, I currently serve as Nursing Inspector and Acting Deputy Nursing Administration Manager at GOTHI, where I oversee nursing workforce operations across 25 hospitals and 18 Technical Nursing Institutes — managing staff allocation, conducting field inspections, evaluating nursing leadership performance, and supervising student admissions, all in alignment with Ministry of Health directives. My approach combines systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, and people-first leadership, supported by a First-Class BSN (GPA 4.0), an ongoing MSN in Nursing Administration at Cairo University, and a Higher Diploma in Health Informatics — making me equally effective at the bedside and at the institutional level.
