DR-247 is a digital healthcare platform owned and operated by Mostafa Sadek Group LLC, a Wyoming, United States registered Limited Liability Company.

By accessing, registering with, or using DR-247, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1- PLATFORM PURPOSE
DR-247 operates as an independent digital healthcare marketplace and communication platform that facilitates connections between patients and healthcare professionals.
The platform may provide appointment scheduling, messaging, audio consultations, video consultations, healthcare support, educational information, and related digital healthcare services.
DR-247 does not directly provide medical treatment and does not employ healthcare professionals unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
DR-247 is not an emergency healthcare service.
In any medical emergency, users must immediately contact local emergency services or visit the nearest emergency medical facility.
2- USER ELIGIBILITY
Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization from a parent or guardian where permitted by applicable law.
By using the platform, users represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
3- USER ACCOUNTS
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Users accept responsibility for all activities conducted through their accounts.
DR-247 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or unlawful information.
4- PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Patients agree to:
• Provide accurate personal and medical information.
• Submit truthful symptoms and medical history.
• Attend scheduled appointments on time.
• Use the platform respectfully and lawfully.
• Follow healthcare recommendations responsibly.
Patients acknowledge that online healthcare consultations have limitations and may not replace in-person examinations when clinically necessary.
5- HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Healthcare professionals agree to:
• Maintain valid licenses, certifications, and qualifications where required.
• Practice only within their authorized scope of practice.
• Comply with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
• Protect patient confidentiality.
• Maintain professional standards of care.
Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for their diagnoses, recommendations, prescriptions, treatment plans, and professional decisions.
6- INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL STATUS
Healthcare professionals using DR-247 are independent practitioners.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between DR-247 and healthcare professionals unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
7- CONSULTATION FEES AND REVENUE SHARING
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Healthcare professionals receive 80% of consultation fees paid by patients.
• DR-247 retains 20% as a platform service fee.
Revenue-sharing percentages may be modified for specific promotional programs, partnerships, or written agreements.
8- MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT
Healthcare professionals may request withdrawals once their available balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold established by DR-247.
At the time of publication of these Terms, the minimum withdrawal amount is USD $50.
DR-247 reserves the right to revise this amount with reasonable notice.
9- PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments may be processed through banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, or approved third-party providers.
Processing times may vary based on:
• Country of residence
• Banking institution
• Regulatory requirements
• Public holidays
• Payment provider processing schedules
DR-247 does not guarantee immediate fund transfers.
10- TAX RESPONSIBILITIES
Healthcare professionals are solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, social contributions, licensing fees, and governmental obligations applicable in their jurisdictions.
DR-247 is not responsible for calculating, collecting, reporting, or paying taxes on behalf of healthcare professionals except where required by law.
11- PATIENT PAYMENTS
Patients agree to pay applicable fees before receiving services unless otherwise stated by DR-247.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers.
DR-247 is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions or payment processors.
12- REFUND POLICY
Refund requests may be considered when:
• A consultation could not be completed due to technical platform failure.
• A healthcare professional failed to attend a scheduled consultation.
• Duplicate charges occurred.
• Billing errors occurred.
Approved refunds may be subject to processing deductions.
At the time of publication, a processing fee of USD $2 may be deducted from approved refunds to cover transaction-related expenses.
DR-247 reserves the right to revise this fee with reasonable notice.
13- APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Patients may cancel appointments in accordance with cancellation conditions displayed during booking.
Healthcare professionals may reschedule appointments when reasonably necessary.
Repeated cancellations, scheduling abuse, or misuse of the platform may result in account restrictions or suspension.
14- INTERRUPTED CONSULTATIONS
Consultations may be affected by internet connectivity, device limitations, network interruptions, or third-party technical issues.
Where a consultation cannot be reasonably completed due to technical issues, DR-247 and the healthcare professional may arrange a replacement consultation or another reasonable resolution.
15- CAMERA AND MICROPHONE CONSENT
Users participating in audio or video consultations consent to the use of:
• Camera access
• Microphone access
• Audio transmission
• Video transmission
Users are responsible for ensuring appropriate equipment, internet connectivity, and consultation privacy.
16- MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
DR-247 does not guarantee:
• Diagnostic accuracy
• Treatment success
• Clinical outcomes
• Prescription effectiveness
Medical guidance provided through the platform is based on information supplied by users and the professional judgment of healthcare professionals.
Emergency conditions require immediate in-person medical attention.
17- PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
User information is handled in accordance with the DR-247 Privacy Policy.
Users acknowledge that electronic communications and internet-based technologies involve inherent risks despite reasonable security measures.
18- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All software, trademarks, logos, branding, content, graphics, designs, text, and platform materials remain the exclusive property of DR-247 and/or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written authorization.
19- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not:
• Violate laws or regulations.
• Commit fraud.
• Impersonate another individual.
• Upload malicious software.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Harass users or healthcare professionals.
• Misrepresent qualifications or credentials.
• Access unauthorized systems or information.
20- SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
DR-247 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activities, abuse, security threats, or conduct harmful to users or the platform.21- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DR-247, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
• Medical decisions made by healthcare professionals.
• Information supplied by patients.
• Technical interruptions.
• Banking delays.
• Third-party provider actions.
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
22- MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
DR-247 may revise these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the platform.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
23- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
